At the initial stage of the company’s founding, we started with a forward-looking vacuum furnace, setting up the company’s first piece of equipment.
Made significant investments in the carburizing and tempering heat treatment fields, purchasing over ten box and pit carburizing furnaces, and tempering furnaces. Expanded related service equipment such as sandblasting machines, cryogenic treatment machines, and straightening machines, providing comprehensive heat treatment solutions.
Continued to deepen expertise in carburizing and tempering, while also enhancing quality assurance capabilities. Upgraded quality control equipment, space, and audit systems comprehensively, introducing Vickers, Brinell, and Rockwell hardness testers, and acquiring a spectrometer to ensure the accuracy of heat treatment materials.
Began developing large-scale heat treatment processes during this period, installing large pit carburizing furnaces capable of handling dimensions up to 1.8 meters in width and 2.3 meters in depth. This allowed us to undertake substantial orders for large machine tools, gears, and the defense and military industries.
Invested in building a brand-new vacuum heat treatment plant, equipped entirely with German-made vacuum furnaces. This upgrade targets high-end sectors such as medical, optical, molds, and precision parts, transforming the enterprise with a focus on high added value.
